Realistic

Whiteboard challenges and similar approaches for testing a candidate's competence, rarely have anything to do with the job the candidate is interviewing for. That is why they are bad predictors for telling if a candidate will be suitable for the job or not. Instead, we focus on challenges that are rooted in the real world, and that the candidate likely will run into on the actual job.

Consistent

Every candidate is evaluated on areas such as correctness, performance, and security. We always use the same algorithm when we evaluate the different areas and put together the final score. Thanks to this algorithm, we can consistently evaluate candidates, in an unbiased manner. It is important to us that every candidate is treated fairly and that we give you an accurate evaluation.

Rankable

Since our evaluations are consistent across candidates, we can also rank every candidate's performance. We can confidently give you a recommendation to hire or not to hire, based on the candidate's ranking among evaluations in the past. The ranking is also based on seniority, which means that junior candidates are compared to other junior candidates, and the same goes for senior candidates.

Fun

Applying for a job can be very stressful, and being tested surely doesn't help. We have a strong focus on making our challenges fun, engaging, and time-efficient. This way we can give the candidate a good experience, even they perform well or not so well. It is very important to us to help you build a good reputation for your recruitment process.
